You never realize everything in our abdomen is suspended and because of that free form the pull of gravity and almost weigthless.
But that is what you come to realize when over 3 quarters of your bowel gets subjected to the pull of gravity and starts weltering through your abdomen, smashing everything that was not yet damaged when it fell down, and displacing what was still in place.
X rays show abnormally long bowel in normal position, all my life,
in 1996
and in december 2011
Obviously there are at least 2 transversing colons, marked 1 and 2 in top image.
1/
somewhere 2013 lower transverse colon, marked 2, fell perpendicularly down;
This pushed small bowel, that used to be where now colon landed, aside.
One part of small bowel was pushed over the enclosure of the ascending colon.
That part got adhered in appendix peephole
Another part got lumped up near the bladder.
Small bowel lumps always forbode problems, this part may have gotten adhered in pre existing obturator type hernia in right upper leg.
Another part of small bowel was pushed up to come take the former place of the transverse bowel (1)
That got adhered to the gallbladder stump or scar, causing mega obstructions, that, due to the location of any gallbladder, occur on top of the liver, nothing to do with the greek thing.
Image above shows closed loop formerly under liver, now on top of it and small bowel in weird places on its way to get stacked up on liver as well.
The small bowel loops heaping up on the liver, compress and thus damage it, whith white and grey stools as a result.
2/
By the end of july 2013 the top transverse bowel that could not also fall into the lower abdomen for lack of space, after having pushed and pushed finally ploughed down in front of the abdominal organs.
Causing intermittent obstructions in colon and small bowel
Among others a splenic flexure volvulus, that is depicted here;
image also shows constriction in ascendens
and gives good impression of crashed bowels; nothing much seems left in the upper abdomen at this point in time
3/
the stomach got twisted ;

4/
The appendix is almost continuously infected because it got smashed when the bowels crashed, and came to rest under the pile of bowels and stuff
There it got adhered to something in a very very crooked way.
5.
bladder is always infected and almost numb with heavy bowel running through it.
Once again before and after situation;
